Fancy taking up a new sport, or maybe reconnecting after time out from playing, or are you the competitive sort who loves match playing opportunities? We are a small friendly club offering all of those things and are always looking for more players. We have four courts available at our club nights, so there will be lots of opportunities to play. We currently have two competitive teams in the local League, and our A team has just finished top of Division 3, while our B team finished a highly respectable fifth. Next season we will have Division 2 and 3 team playing opportunities.
Please note that our last club night of the 25/26 season is Wednesday 25 March. We re-start in September 2026.
Access to the Sports Hall is via the main school entrance off Ashton Road. There are large stone pillars at the entrance. Follow the road around the front of the school, and with the playing fields on your right hand side, keep following the road around and down to the right. At the bottom is the Sports Hall with a dozen parking spaces available (please don't park in front of the garage doors). Parking is also available up at the top (near the school buildings) if the car park is full by the sports hall.

Visitor fees per session are then £6 for adults and £3 for under-18's. Please note that a total of six visitor sessions are allowed before thinking about membership to our club. We also play with feather shuttles.

Juniors are welcome to join the club, play alongside seniors, and join our competitive teams, but must be accompanied by parent or guardian at all sessions.
