Club nights every Thursday during the season (Sept to early March) 7.30pm-10pm at LRGS Sports Hall. Additional club nights some Wednesdays (Oct to early March) 7.30pm-9.30pm Bay Leadership Academy Sports Hall, Heysham.

Please note that parking on site is very limited but on street parking is available locally.
Please leave extra time to find parking in the surrounding area.
Parking at Bay Leadership Academy:
The car park can be accessed at the end of Manor Grove (LA3 1JA).
SUMMER 2026: Sunnyside Summer Play (April - August 2026) on Mondays 7:30pm at Carnforth High School and Thursdays 8pm at The Uni of Cumbria Sports Centre. If you would like to consider joining Sunnyside, or just playing socially, please contact Ellie. We are looking for new members to join our club and play competitively next season (Season starts September 2026). All standards welcome.
Sunnyside Badminton Club has places available for anyone wanting to join our teams in Divisions 1, 2 and 3.
